Southside Hoodlum - RIP X (Video)

Southside Hoodlum is posted in front of his mural created by the always talented Colton Valentine for his latest 2 in 1 visual release to "Dirty Soda" & "RIP X” off his "Lord Knows" album. The visual has the hometown hero, Southside Hoodlum, posted with his supportive listeners and day-one fans. They have been there from the low attendance venues days to his successful reign now with sold-out shows, festivals, and of course, the music he's blessed us with over these years. From the looks behind Ace The Shooters lens, it looks the whole city popped out for this moment, including our photographer & Club Galleria founder ThatKidCarter, who was present at the shoot with some great behind the scene work being done. The atmosphere looks positive and lit up with people praising how much hard work Hoodlum has put in to see this massive accomplishment come to fruition, with this one being his finest yet.

UGK banging in his trunk with the dirty soda poured up in his styrofoam, the Southside bandit serving up the fiends with lines of potent raps that he delivers in packs just like how the zaza come in. Leaning like the substance in his cup, Hoodlum is gravitating with the love and support he's getting in the video, fans taking photos, getting items and body parts signed. Of course, his signature juice product placement has to make a cameo as well. While you see get the people in the visual, he changes the scenery for "RIP X," which has him outside the trap house wearing all black and other shots with him sitting in the passenger side of the whip with his weaponry in hand. This heavenly sample record is produced by none other than Big Tex Johnny, who always makes sure to enforce a sense of harmony to Southside's promethazine vocals that can awaken the concrete jungles of the Southside area. Plagued with the ability to combine the street life structure with his personal movement to make it out of the mud, he only gives you nothing but the real from, and that's something you can't fake or have taken away from him.

Southside Hoodlum has had an assortment of visuals being placed out that have all sparked over 10K views in only 24hours. He stands tall upon his wave and continues drowning any competition behind him. We know he has his collaborative project with Doeman in the works still and his anticipation tour being announced any day now, but he keeps staying on the grind, working on getting content out to the people. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is; we hope to see more blessings to Southside Hoodlum while we hope you all check out his recent visual here while sharing it around on all social media platforms.
