Lacey Jackson - Forever Loading (Album)

In the last couple of months, we've gotten quite familiar with Ohio savior Lacey Jackson by way of his single & visual releases leading up to his highly anticipated album "Forever Loading. A while back, the idea was first mentioned that he be dropping singles that would eventually lead into the album. From that, the listeners would be able to embark on a very prominent release from Lacey Jackson. Since the start of the drops, he's shown nothing but a dominant work ethic, an elite emcee known to be lethal with the rhymes that land him as an artist that will have you at the edge of your seat every time he starts spitting.

He's a madman when it comes to the pen game; he's an out-spoken artist with such velocity to rip armies apart with the swiftness he keeps. It also remains soulful in the process showing a nonchalant attitude while still being suave with the raps, all this adds him up to be a one-of-a-kind artist to know, and the album definitely backs up the narrative. He carefully lays out the blueprint to the album in remarkable fashion; since entering this project, you already familiar with a hefty amount of tracks, but where those tracks lay on the album is impressive since there usually followed by a new record that set the pace in motion for the listening experience. Soul spilling joints and venting sessions are a high commodity, especially since we get a lot from Lacey Jackson and get to hear him bear his heart on his sleeve to really get to know him more outside of the artist role. The monstrous waves of emotions that he engulfs throughout the album take the listeners deep in his music; it's what set me off to be involved in his writing. Getting tracks like "J Wood," which is sonically pleasing since the production plays a massive part in setting up the listeners, and just like an alley hoop, Lacey comes in dunking with precision to land another point on the scoreboard. Landing right after is "Here For Awhile," which takes a bit of the sounds from the last joint and matches it well like he's evolving in place. I love the witty & comical lines he displays, especially at the start of this single when he references the meme he saw to say what's exactly on his mind. It's that smooth flow that you're bound to drown in when Lacey Jackson is at the mic. How fitted to be conducted for the championship in a "Cleaned Jersey," he's going as far as he can see and don't want to get close to the "Deep End" in his journey. Especially before he's made it, so please "Get Comfortable" now because when his time arises, it's going to be "Too Late," so fuck with "The Boyyy" now because he has "Whole Lotta Names" counting on him so for the haters praying on his downfall. It doesn't matter what you think cause it looks like he's going to be "Here For Awhile," so what you hate on is "The Future You See."

I never met Lacey Jackson, but I know he's a humbled soul who wants to see a better life for himself in music which he's definitely on his way to do. His fanbase grows every time he releases new content, and I just know his time is surely coming. Get familiar now while we express gratitude for his talent cause it won't be long until the rest of the world hears his gift and cherishes it on a broader scale.
