Monaleo - Beating Down Yo Block (Single)

Late last night, after putting in work on some posts, I decided to take one last look on social media for new music where Twitter came in clutch at the last second. I got to check out a newly released single from Houston's own Monaelo, where she flipped the script on the legendary Yungstar's hit, "Knocking Pictures Off The Wall." She takes the first half of the chorus and uses it for the title of her single "Beating Down Yo Block," which's the updated female version of the record that I ain't mad at but am impressed with the way she floated on it. She slayed this joint with verses that will have people breaking necks and beating down blocks just to get a glimpse of the work that Monaleo is putting in.

Best come correct when approaching Monaleo; she's bound to knock out men & women that think about testing her patience. She lays authority with lyrical strength that is a deadly combination, so you better be on her good side if you don't want war because she doesn't have time to deal with nonsense, especially broke-ass people. The fact that she gets real when the beat stops should give you enough warning that she wants you to hear the threats because this will be your only chance to stop that hate before it ends badly on your end. I enjoy seeing people make homage to classic beats with significant history and doing it justice, and that's precisely what happens with the track. It separates the real from the fake, and the real will stand firm, especially with artists like Monaleo, who supplies an arsenal of raps scaring the weak-hearted into submission. Such style the way she's manifests her rhymes to stay classy yet fatal; she's a woman with queen mentalities not scared to get dirty if she needs to. What initially attracted me to the record was the preview of the upcoming visual to the single. She's looking pretty in pink but don't get too close, or you'll lose a limb or two; she's here for wins and not losses, so let her be and watch her take this W to a successful journey.

It only takes 21 seconds to become a fan, and I'm already hooked and waiting to see what more is in store for her in the future. Guarantee by the first week, the video should be seeing at least 5K-10K, and if not us, the listeners are not doing our job. Let's get the video going up for the weekend and make sure to share this around on all social media platforms.
