Standardized Exam By Shea Serrano on Int’l Players Anthem (Hip-Hop And Other Things)

Early this morning, Shea Serrano shared the Standardized Exam for 2007’s hit “Int’l Players Anthem,” featuring southern icons UGK & Outkast. The piece was destined for his upcoming “Hip-Hop And Other Things” book, which unfortunately didn’t make the cut, but he knew fans of the culture would appreciate the musical escapade.

He recommended before taking the 10-question exam that you listen & watch the visual as practice before proceeding forward with the test. I took the test myself and got to say it was fun, which I passed with flying colors & hope many others can take some time in their day to take a look and do it themselves. While you do that, make sure you pre-order “Hip-Hop And Other Things” as well and send a screenshot to Shea on social media to hear an exclusive mix by DJ Sober that’s a real good listen before diving into the book.
