Tears - Me Dejaste Caer (Single)
Last month, Tears released a heartfelt ballad titled “Me Dejaste Caer,” where she painfully remembers the sober feeling of being at the conclusion of a heartbreak that she describes as a low point. Even the beauty of her vocals couldn’t keep the tears from weeping down your face when she vividly displays her sadness from her personal trauma. The single has us again doing our due diligence of translating the record and getting a more profound feeling for the song’s emotional venting session.
The record and the cover art have her submerged underwater, feeling the waves overcome her with doubt and delusion, thinking this person had her best interest at heart but unfortunately let her down. She fell deep into a sad state where her heart shattered in pieces, not knowing if it would be whole again. It’s hard to stress how majestic her tone is in the record, still singing of the despair she went through, it’s described as a beautiful nightmare, and the emotional clenching of the release will spark the feeling of hope behind her voice. She sings with passion and hurt that you sense her vulnerability to tell you the truth from her past that left broken with putting things back together. Tears doesn’t dwell too much in her anguish but instead learn from it; the ballad ends with a harmonious outro of the chorus where again she sings with such soft cadence to quietly walk out of the past and move forward to a better future.
Tears is the future; we’ve said it before and will continue to repeat it. Our heart stings pull when she begins to sing, and best believe we know it will continue more and more as we head into the year, which I’m sure she has a lot in store to showcase her unmatched talent. We highly recommend you check out the track and share it on all social media avenues.
