Spike Chester - Deebo Mode (Single)
Ever since his highly acclaimed 2020 project "Milk N Honey" played such a prominent introduction to us, we waited patiently to see what music would surface next from Spike Chester. The sensational sounds that came from the project we know would only continue to pour out of his creative being and know it would his guide bring us bigger and better. Since the release, we've been gifted with a few visuals and a deluxe version of his magnum opus, which has graciously held us over until he was ready for new music to surface. As faith will have it, we've been blessed yet again with a new single from Spike titled "Deebo Mode" that followed with a visual that dropped on the same day.
As you would have guessed, the track is Spike knocking doors down in a rampage, welcoming his presence back. He gave you rappers enough time to have the spotlight, and now it's time for him to bully you back into submission and crawl back into the abyss you once stayed in. He's hopped out running game with a full clip, and if necessary, he'll let it start spraying if you start to get brave. The menacing effort put on by Spike Chester is by far one of the most thrilling looks we've seen from an artist who's hungry and looking to devour everything in sight. The video does a real pristine job of showcasing the monstrous wave he's on now and the eccentricity of him we've come to be familiar with. Blowing up like C4, this is a warning to those opposing his kindness for weakness; he's about to run up the bank grabbing anything in sight and carrying the loot out on his back. He isn't playing any games anymore; he's walking the yard like Deebo snatching chains and riding around the block, leaving bodies wasted on the concrete floors.
If this latest single is any indication of what's to come from Spike Chester in the future, then I need everything ASAP. I'm sure he has more planned in due time, so we'll let this most recent single have its time out until the next one is ready to surface.
