Ugena - Besitos (Single)
We recently got put on to songstress Ugena via submission when she introduced herself through her breakout single "Besitos." It's a record that's been seeing a lot of attention the last few months, including a visual to go along with the track's success. The video has seen about 15K views that are continuing to go up with the more her content is pushed for the masses to get familiar with her sound. The spanish single is about a tale of putting love and trust in someone to have it ripped apart by their malicious intent to hurt her. She vents how she knows how by sharing her emotions over this upbeat production number mesmerizing in the process due to her vocal expression when speaking of her recent tragedy.
The kisses that once made her feel calm and comfortable ain't going to save you now; you've hurt in ways that she didn't think you would. You crept through the street looking for love from someone else that isn't her, and now it's time to pay the price of losing her in the process. She is ready to move on and doesn't need you back in her life or anyone in that matter who will do the same. This ballad is the kiss goodbye to ending this adulterous relationship and moving on to the next point in her journey where she can find some peace and faithfulness. The visual catches her in multiple light settings, showing out and staying within the rhythm of the record like it's a bop on to the next one. He lost a devoted woman, and now he has to see her leave out of his life, and before she goes, she's sending out kisses to his trifling ass since she knows he won't do better than what he had with her.
I love the record, and I can see why it's getting the views and plays these last couple of months since it's a catchy tune that you can sing along to or vibe out due to its relatable factor if you might be experiencing the same emotions as well. I hope to have more music from Ugena sent to us in the future, but this joint will do just fine until then. Make sure to check it out here if you haven't yet and share it around on all social media avenues.
