I recently got introduced to Dallas songstress LA by way of our creative designer thatkidcarter, who spoke very highly of her artistry and suggested that this would be an artist who will have a significant impact on the future of R&B in Texas. I got familiar with the content she had out already since it's been a while where she's released new content. Still, I waited patiently nonetheless, which to my surprise, it wasn't a long wait since she had recently released a wonderful ballad titled "4 A Minute" before the start of the weekend. It followed the same day with a visual that is just as mesmerizing as the vocals she flourishes with on the record.

It speaks about her time away, out on the road, set in her zone, which has been keeping her off the phone since she likes the moments in peace while she's alone. Her vocal hypnotics have such a vibrant wave on the ears that feels so pleasant; she digs deeper into her time gone to talk about the true inspiration of R&B: love. Her time alone isn't always about peace; it could be pondering the intimate feeling she felt with someone recently. She keeps her emotions hidden from everyone else, which is why she finds leverage of peace when being alone. She's been hurt in the past and doesn't want that to happen again. Yet this person is becoming her new addiction, a drug she can't hold back from craving, but she knows she has to take it slow and keep on feeling their touch in moments they have together before inhaling the vice that once plagued her journey. Besides, she the baddest he’s ever fucking seen and no one after her even matter. Deep record with such potent essence to it, there no reason you shouldn't be hooked in the first 10 seconds of this single.

This heavenly felt joint is just the right start to get hooked to LA's sound, and I'm befuddled, to say the least, since she has embarked on something exotic and free-flowing that I can't wait to see what more she has in store for the future.
