Rich Greedy - 100K Freestyle (Single)
In January, Rich had just released his visual to his record "Pure Gold" that had reached the pinnacle of 100K views on YouTube in under a week. A highlight that he was very proud of, the accomplishment deemed it to have its own freestyle in which seconds later Rich had released "100K Freestyle" on SoundCloud as a thank you towards his fans. The freestyle then erupted to be another hit on Rich's hand that showcased that whatever his vocals are on, it's going to be pure gold (no pun intended). With the high wave of success of the "100K Freestyle", Rich then began a campaign to get a video for it completed so he could double down on the successful single. He linked again with Solar Shot behind the lens to bring the 9inety8-produce track to life in which I think he did an incredible job completing. He stayed prominently quiet about making the video, but if you look at his IG page now, you can see it's already been the plan since day one, and that's the type of mentality that you don't see in too many artists of his caliber.
At the entrance of the Riverwalk Plaza, you can find Rich Greedy Gang posted up on the block with 30in chrome riding around the asphalt in his vicinity. Hold on, big baby, he about to go in, drop the top, and he's one with the wind. This intro is such a hard-ass line to begin the series of witty raps that he has in his bag that are prestigious with his lyricism that will haunt your favorite rappers into submission. Rich diabolically kills the beat with ease; he's shining harder than the diamonds in the grill and spending less time worrying about the broke rappers and their feelings. Masked up like the phantom of the opera, the choppa going to start singing and his pedigree to be the fiercest ese in Texas just got a bit more intense. Dripping in his RIPNDIP x Teddy Fresh bomber, Rich is flexing diamonds that can cause a blizzard, and while he's smoking swishas (not grape), he's comparing that a Mexican hasn't been this hard since the SPMex, which is a bold statement but an on-point one that you can't deny. No matter you love or hate Rich, there's no denying his hustle as being one of the most gifted and talented artists coming out of the lone star state. The record is just bragging rights on how his come up in the rap game is seeing more eyes and attention than most artists that portray a false image has; he's burying any opps that disagree in the process. He is continuing to stack up on achievements to show y'all why he's made different than most. He has built a highly sustainable reputation that at one point was tarnish due to convictions that could have seen him behind bars right now but broke the mold and created something new for himself. He's the Mexican-American dream of someone who overcame obstacles of a society that wanted to see the worst of him, but he didn't give in. He succeeded in being in the place he's currently in, and you can't doubt that hard work didn't pay off in the end for him (Salute)
Rich has been very vocal on social media that he's currently in the studio with producer 9inety8 on putting in the final touches to his upcoming album. No word on a date or name for it, but we know that we'll receive it in an excellent fashion when he has everything lined up. Until then, we recommend for you to check out both the single and visual below while continuing to run up the views on visuals and sharing it around on all social media platforms.
