Luke Bar$ - Robber (Video)

Along with the recent introduction to Saint Lyor, I continued digging through his catalog, which became even more impressive to see all the great content he's released so far. I then hit the jackpot in finding a wild assortment of artists under the label: Van Buren Records. I got to thoroughly enjoy each of the artist's designated content, whether it be visuals, projects, or singles. It was a must that another Van Buren artist had to hit the site today. Well, luck might have it; the most recent release was from Luke Bar$, who had dropped a visual at the start of 2021 titled "Robber." It was the intro track to his 2020 album "Good Evil" that intrigued me from the album art that showed an artist with menacing nature yet family-oriented which helps his character proceed in life's progression, perfect single to describe the nature of his direction is "Die With Pride." (Listeners, thank me later)

One thing I want to mention before entering the visual is that these artists are all built differently. It's incredible to see how many are from the same walks of life, being from Massachusetts and linking to be the powerhouse they are now, an astonishing story that will be christened with the history of the label's greatness. The build-up is sick as the track starts with a soul tone before divulging into this electronic wave of crisp sounds. He shares battled emotions right off the cusp of his record; he's searching to find his ease while locating the whereabouts of his soul. He shares the experience of being robbed and having to give everything he has. It's just a few dollars, nothing to fret about, but he believes karma will find them, yet if he had it his way, he would deal the vengeance with his own hands. The chorus is flung throughout the release because he wants you to hear his roar of emotions. It's the chaotic nature of how it fits in with the anchoring verse that sounds so ominous. The creativity that he was able to shift the direction of this single to echelon heights is where we hear him preached his heart and soul to show you how memorable his craft is. The visual does a remarkable job of blending in the track. We have to show our respect to FufuNsoup, who used an intimate setting of the viewing that gives you a perspective look into Luke Bar$ lifestyle.

Such a great release from Luke Bar$, and I'm glad to be featuring it on the site here for our listeners to get more familiar with his sound. I hope to have more of the Van Buren Record artists on the site in the future and make sure they sit front row on our radar to see more content surface. Until then, be sure to peep the latest visual here from Luke Bar$ and share it around on all social media platforms.
