Joose - My Road (Single)
For his first record of 2024, Joose decided to vent & ponder on his release “My Road” while giving viewers a deep insight into his journey and the sacrifices he had to make along the way. Joose is known to get personable on his releases, but this might be his most intimate joint thus far, especially detailing the losses in his life and the aftermath of how he dealt with them. Ups and downs are routine, and he understands that is just life. It comes with the highs and lows, and we can’t control how they go. Still, Joose spills his soul throughout the release, pinpointing moments in his life where the darkest of days put a damper on his light, but it still shines bright, not knowing what the future holds for him.
Kicked back in the darkened room, Joose begins his tale by reminiscing about when the pressure felt like the whole world was on his shoulder; the amount of pain had him thinking back on his adolescent years, growing up with goals and having his life mapped out with a career. From the first moment, his pen wrote a rap to coming back to the present and seeing just how far he’s gone, it’s got him thinking of his kin and what he wants to accomplish to make his life better in the long run. He takes the doubt and rolls it in a Dutch and clears the airwaves with his emotions on high; stress isn’t going to be his downfall; he instead uses it for motivation to hold the rap game in a chokehold and lies the crown upon his head. Joose spits vivid raps with chaos blended in them; it never hides the truth of the real world but exposes the fake shit around him. He holds this incredible power in his wordplay that shows heart and dedication. It never feels like a front; it instead brings passion out in the music as his source & his purpose. He plans for it to be the very thing that showcases his talent for the art and makes the things he never had come to fruition for him & his people. Joose is on the rise to be one of the greatest, and his time will indeed be arriving sooner than later.
There is no word yet on where this single will appear; I’m hoping this begins building anticipation for a full-length project or maybe something else in the works. However, best believe we’ll be there on the next drop, and if you still aren’t hooked to Joose yet, we recommend getting started now and run up the views on his latest release.
