Hip-Hop’s favorite couple, Kenneth Durant & Mouse, dropped a new freestyle over Glorilla’s hit single, “FNF,” at the top of the week. It appeared on both YouTube & Audiomack, which have been racking up a significant amount of views & plays in the few days it’s been out. I’ve seen previous releases from them stand out on numerous occasions and thought we need to do our part in making sure they got another platform for more people to start noticing their talents.

Kenneth Durant is first up and got the drip, drip, drip, drip like droplets on a shower cap; he got it out of the mud, and now he needs a shower to get back to the grind. He’s pristine with charisma & punctual with the punchlines, especially when he’s floating on the beat with ease. He doesn’t lose one bit of momentum throughout his verse, even when passing on the mic to his wifey. Mouse doesn’t waste time to start picking right where her man left off by dishing out a slew of bars to heat up right out the gate and keep it pedaling in remarkable fashion. Ain’t no misses in her aim; she came for blood and is leaving with tubs of it; Mouse is deploying a hefty sense of grit and rawness in her verse, and what a great way to anchor out the freestyle.

Kenneth has already shared his schedule for upcoming projects he plans to release before the year is up. He also hinted that there may or may not be a mixtape with him & Mouse that will also make it’s out before the end of the year.
