Queenie Lasoul - Track 3 (Single)

Instagram advertising worked wonders yesterday evening when it helped us get introduced to Atlanta songstress Queenie Lasoul by way of her latest ballad titled “Track 3”. The production constructed by Danny Lewie is so funky, which drew me in since I enjoy that old-school sound & it helped bring a classic presence on the release that will truly warm your soul. The record is laced with Queen’s poetic tone that sits right there on your heartstrings and pulls in such a sensational manner. I love the vivid expressions told in this record and can’t help to say this might be my new favorite joint of the month, and damn sure sitting well with on the top for my favorite of the year. I dare you not to fall in love with this beautiful record and guarantee you’ll lose every time.

Queenie allows the production to ride out while she teases the listeners with a soft melody before getting in her bag right out the gate. Starting off the track with such a tantalizing soundscape with her vocals, Queenie is getting right before she gets to talking. She’s ain’t gots to chill; she’s coasting right now with seals speaking about matters that ain’t your business to know. Don’t ask about her lights on because you don’t pay the bills, and don’t be thinking you know her either; you've never met a Queenie before, and you probably never will. Celebrating life while she’s living still, Queenie doesn’t hold back how gifted her come-up has been; while she waits for a check, you are just checking up on her, and while you dreaming at night, her dreams are getting bigger than it seems in the daytime. I love how godly her wordsmith ability is; her words are immaculate where they fit right in perfections with verses. Her pen is mighty throughout the record, and it shows; she’s lethal when it comes to the wordplays and just downright heavenly with the presence. It’s so skillful to see an artist who flourishes as Queenie does; the record is the epitome of prestigious & gracefulness, with so many soulful inducing sounds while being vicious with the rhymes.

I think I found my new favorite artist in Queenie Lasoul; this record was incredible. During my time sitting with the single, I did learn that she’s working on the finishing touches of an upcoming EP, so I’m sure it won’t be long to have more of her art blessing the site soon. We highly recommend that y’all to check out her most recent single here while sharing it around on all social media avenues
