Wynne - Ex-Boyfriend/Gossip At Brunch (Single)
After successfully dropping a 2-pack EP back in May with a visual to accompany the release, Wynne decided to do it again here in June with the same rollout, which is becoming an interactive way to share new music with her existed listeners. It’s also giving new fans an easier way to stay updated with her drops and become more familiar with her unique sound. Wynne had expressed that these two latest singles, “Ex-Boyfriend” & “Gossip At Brunch,” have been some of her personal favorites, which we can hear why since it looks like she reached into a more diverse rhythm to spark up her wordsmith ability to be super distinctive. It’s another reason we enjoy seeing new music from Wynne surface; she doesn’t give us the same old sound and never disappoints with the art she delivers.
First up is her laidback produced record, “Ex-Boyfriend,” which is heard right out the gate with Wynne harmonizing the chorus heading towards the verse that sounds more pop-esque yet isn’t that full-fledged into it. It’s still a sharp piece of Wynne’s wit in the track, leading back to her x-rated nature of taking it slow while also spilling what her needs are behind the bedroom doors. It’s another slick release for Wynne that shows more of her artistry outside the rapping. Speaking of the raps, she does elevate back to her primal essence to be a menace with lyrical intent on her second joint titled “Gossip At Brunch.” New jewelry on her arm is going numb; Wynne is boastful at the brunch, not taking shit from no one. This record reflects the Wynne we love to hear since it brings so many personable features that I’m sure she’s like outside the music, which her wholeheartedly self shows in audio. I’m sure she’s super down to earth since we do pay attention to her social media, but also, she loves overlapping the completion with ease, especially when it comes to rapping. It’s clear as day that she’s one of the toughest rhymeslayers out right now and it’s all being put on display right in front of our eyes. I’m glad this single got the visual treatment, but I also think “Ex-Boyfriend” will be getting one in due time.
Wynne is winning from all success fields, from social media introduction towards her music to the studio sessions working on prestigious records. She’s becoming your favorite artist's biggest problem, and it’s only going up from here on out. We’re on team Wynne to the fullest and know more will follow suit in no time. Be sure to check out her latest singles here while sharing them around on all social media avenues.
