Doeman & Propain - City Back Winnin (Single)
Before the weekend hit, Doeman dropped his collaborative single with Propain titled “City Back Winnin,” which was accompanied by a visual directed by Macedo Media to provide a little zest in the mix for the release that shows both lyrical artists in their combative state. Shining from Houston, these power-hungry emcees showcase just how lethal they are when it comes to their pen. Both artists rock & shock the crowd in awe with how prestigious their talents are in rap, and it’s put on a broader scale with this shining release that’s already exceeding expectations in both their eminent catalogs.
The block is hot & the streets are crazy; Propain doesn’t waste any seconds explaining the truth coming from the concrete jungles of Houston. While haters, scammers & trifling individuals stand in their way, they keep on pushing through obstacles with hard work and aggression to make sure the city keeps on winning. If they don’t, who will? They’ve battled through the years showing that dedication is enough to keep them going strong with also having no loss in their heart. They give everything, including blood, sweat & tears, to see their city raised in attention for the right reasons. Doeman speaks on motivation being the root of his progression while others use it to tear down the next man. He’s seen struggling days but has overcome them for brighter futures. He’s been real from the jump and never had to fake to get to the next place. Ten toes down, he isn’t letting anyone disrespect him now or never, especially while holding down his DYNA famila. While the city is going up like they just bought back a championship, they're basking in the celebratory win like a three-peat with Doe & Propain leading the charge. The video showcases both artists in their Texas-style elements while displaying their boastful energy of being the entire force to carry their city forward. Luxurious cars and women surround them in the cut of the video; what more could you show that these two men take the town and hold it on their back. Applying pressure the best way they know-how is what sets them different from those around them to be the following legends in the making.
Both artists didn’t come to play with his single, and I’m hoping the opportunity comes along to see this track performed in a live setting soon. I’m sure Doeman got something planned for the future, but in the meantime, we recommend you check out both the single and the visual here while sharing them both on all social media avenues.
