Chakeeta B - The Comeback (Single)

Comeback Season is upon us as Austin femcee Chakeeta B has returned from her time of pampering and hustling to get back to the grind by placing her stilettos on the necks of her opps on her latest release titled “The Comeback.” Not only is she giving us the audio of the single but also the visual as well to see her star-studded presence back in the place above the competition as she can soak up the sun and lounge back on top where she belongs. 

A soulful sample lights up the single like a potent aroma before Chakeeta can begin slaying with lyrical precision. She’s been gone for a minute, but now she’s back at it; packaging that dope product to our ears has us quenching our hip-hop tastebuds like a crack fiend. She’s reckless with the bars and ain’t lost one touch in showcasing how flawless her pen game can be and just how lethal she is once she starts spitting. I love how the video complements her authoritarian aggression by showing her lyrics on the backdrop of her sitting on the couch and, in another transition, showcasing her letting off a barrage of bars to welcome back her eminent rapping abilities. In the visual, she’s shown matching her nails with her wardrobe in one look, and the other is her glammed up with makeup on fleek & lingerie as her attire in the next. Chakeeta B is dressed to impress as always, and if looks can kill, then she’s on a murdering spree in this latest release. She flaunts her curvaceous figure throughout the release by making eye contact in her prowess efforts in every scene to show that her menacing reign is just starting, don’t call it a comeback just yet; this is only the beginning. 

I’m hype to see what is next from Chakeeta B; I feel Iike this is the calm before the storm before she either announces a follow-up to her 2020 EP “Lover’s Lane” or something else in mass proportion.
