Siobhan Linnane - Say That (Single)

Before my week at SXSW, I came across this inventiveness video titled “Say That” from Dallas-based artist Siobhan Linnane which had my attention due to the nostalgic looks and crazed factors of the viewing. From down south wit to an alluring nature, Siobhan had me in a trance with this single where once I got back my composure from the long-week festival; I made sure time was made to make sure our viewership knew about her magnificent talents. 

Channeling her inner Aaliyah, Siobhan starts the video with a blast from the past intro that looks like the start of a TRL episode presenting the first video of the day. It’s a fun way to start the grandeur effect of Siobhan’s mesmerizing nature to connect with the viewers by entering a reverie-like vibe that sets you in a euphoric mood. Her vocals then light up the scene with an explosion of force that drives well with her enticing looks through the visual. She’s putting on a show of wonderment, and we haven’t even got down to the lyrics of this ballad. Get corrected soon before she’s gone; she’s not like them other ladies and can’t stand them women that act trifling. If it’s intimidation that has you not pulling the trigger, then let her know; her time is precious and doesn’t need to be wasted if you aren’t bout it like she is. If you think her ego is big, her heart is just the same, she’s a star, so how could she not shine, and if this bothers you some, then see your future without her in it and see if that’s a mistake your willing to make. She confides deeply that her goals are important, and she’ll do what she has to make sure they come to fruition. Speak now or forever hold your peace, say it now if this is what you want, or watch her go on to the next one. It’s a beautiful record with an outstanding video thanks to Jelani Miller to go with it; you can see why existing fans and new fans are gravitating to both the viewing and audio. It’s not long that many more come & follow suit to see what all the fuss is about and be instantly amazed.
