Grind2Hard Osh'a - Pain Cobain (Album)

Introduced to us by his most recent visual with Ace The Shooter behind the lens, Dallas native Grind2Hard Osh’a has been on a successful run with releases. Most of his videos have passed the 1million views mark & others are on the trail not too far from completing the same achievement. He has an excellent following on social media, including his TikTok account, which always showcases his latest music with a substantial amount of support growing on there. Upon furthering my research, I saw it wasn't long ago when he had released his most recent album titled "Pain Cobain," which I decided to embark into during my listening experience where it definitely didn't disappoint.

With great power comes great responsibility, and he explains that in the intro record titled "Crazy Mood." Fame & fortune will affect those around you to plot out your demise or see you down bad like they are. You worked hard to get where your at, but still, someone wants that for themselves and will attempt to obtain it while trying to destroy your moment. That's why Grind2Hard switches up to these moods that keep people distant, not because he's gone "Hollywood" but because he now knows your intentions toward his success and knows if you had the chance to take him out of it, you would. It's crazy what the limelight can do to a person; Grind2Hard isn't folding to the disrespect because while most in his shoes would've just hide it or run away from it, he's keeping it real and standing firm ten toes down dealing with it. It goes hand in hand with the next track, "Can't Trust A Soul," which continues the same plot of those seeking out to ruin you because there not in that same spot you are. This music shit comes with a price, and most want the easy way in while artists like Grind2Hard really did the work to get here. Two face people will wish you happiness in person but work in getting rid of you in the dark, whether it be male or female, they want to see down for the count, and he's not giving them that satisfaction. With records of prospering over interferences playing a massive part in the album, he also has a few bangers like "Danny Phantom" & "Stay Determined," setting up his barrage of raps that are flexing his accomplishments, and his victory wins in such a boisterous nature. Other records are more heartfelt ballads which I was surprised to hear since he definitely lets off many raw emotions, and the previous joint now makes a lot more sense. This album reflects him being an artist who's battle through a lot of hardship in his past to now making a better future for himself. His melodic vocals play a huge part in him explaining the pain he's been through in life. While records like "Help Me Please" & Heartbreaks Heartache" that showcase these efforts, you know what he spits is real. The most intricate line for me to hear was when he said, "life gave me lemons & I made lemonade, yeah it's gon take me some time cause I ain't Minute Maid" which is letting us know that he know possess the power to do better. Still, it will take him some time to understand since he's used to making wrong decisions and does not want this opportunity to go to waste. I felt that bar, and I genuinely appreciate what he means. The product of the street life wants to be out, and he will do what he needs to do while this music shit to him is his ticket to a better place.

I need to keep Grind2Hard close on our radar since I'm sure it won't be long until the masses in global reach know his name and become more familiar with him. We hope this post grows into turning doubters into believers of his art, and we wish Grind2Hard Osh’a success and nothing less in his journey.
