Isaac Zale & Chuuwee - Ziploc (Single)
Vancouver, Canada meets Sacramento, California on Issac Zale & Chuuwee's gas-fueled record "Ziploc," once they get in their bags & leave them open, that ounce they got sitting in it begins to permeate the room. It's smelling like someone just got sprayed with a broken gas pump; this dope they offer here will get you giddy enough to get jiggy with it to the rhythm in this record, making it a fine 4th single release for Issac Zale this year thus far & as the choice to get a force to be reckoned with in Chuuwee, it is the perfect touch.
These two are more bouncing for the ounce than anything; Issac comes through gliding over the groovy production, he isn't no disco though he's for the revelry & Chuuwee comes through with his brash braggadocio that flows so sinuously over the wavy production. They are aware of the glaring looks of disgust & jealousy you've been giving them from afar as if they wouldn't notice. Still, this the VIP section they're in; even your bitch has found her way inside while you sit out there with your non-alcoholic beer & no gas.
The way the production slows down at the end as Issac Zale pulls up on the beat with patience & meticulousness. I love records that switch up & the guitar solo in the back is another beautiful touch; it's an unexpected change of pace for the record but yet makes sense. It's like he's finally leaving the club after a long night, done with tonight's bender intended to make him forget about what's festering on consciousness. At least until tomorrow night, they repeat tonight's activities; one thing is for sure though, Issac Zale is zipping towards one dope sophomore effort at this rate.
