Wes Denzel - I Only Get Wild with You (Album)

After an assortment of singles & visuals have been released since the top of the year from Wes Denzel where he now follows it up with an album during the 4th quarter titled “I Only Get Wild with You.” The project is 10-tracks filled to the brim with deft concepts and euphonious sounds that will surely keep you pleased during your listening experience while keeping you in a pondering stance like the one on the cover curated by dev ciné.

The introduction titled “The Poetic” lays down the foundation for the album by providing a gentle tempo ballad where Wes begins to speak in such a suave demeanor that sounds so smooth it starts putting you in a trance of tranquility to enjoy moving forward in the project. The following singles, “3 Am” & “Hot Boy,” begin to uphold a salubrious vibe by reaching to the heavens and keep its listeners embark onto cloud nine to enjoy the album’s gratifying moments. Throughout the album, you can get a hint of melodic joints like “Is It Okay,” while others might be crooning with some raps attached on the records to maximize its effort that we’re getting Wes Denzel at his most superior position. We’ve seen Wes do monumental work with projects, and this one here is another shining example of him putting his art on the line to make us fans spoiled with great content before 2021 is up & we can’t thank him enough. 

I liked how he announced the project with the nostalgic viewing for the trailer, and I hope to see some visuals in the near future with the same kind of concept. We know he never misses on the visuals, just like the tracks, so we will have something to look forward to for the future.
