Marco Plus - The Souf Got Sum 2 Say (Album)

After we featured Marco Plus’s October release, “piece of cake,” visual, we had received tons of positive feedback from our viewership to have more of his content highlighted on the site. Now, as mysterious as the world works, he just finished releasing a 19-track album titled “The Souf Got Something To Say,” an artistic and intense look into his creative mannerism. It showcased a series of rambunctious raps with ingenious production that devised a skillful set of chaos just right for Marco Plus to showcase his talent to his usual fandom and new listeners altogether.

His intro “Neva Bend + Son Of Sam” is probably one of my favorites starts to any project in the 4th quarter of the year since it starts with a barrage of savagery line after line with beating down the beat to a pulp before its soulfully brought back to life in the second half. He’s still spitting that venomous shit over a nicely paced track that transitions well from record to record throughout the album. He’s complied with an onslaught of boom-bap sounds mixed eagerly with his proficient wordplays that could scare an army of rappers back into hiding with how sinister his penmanship is. Other tracks like “That’s Atlanta 4 Ya” & “Steve Harvey” rely on its laid-back production to set the mood on ice while Marco does his part justice by applying pressure for the listeners to be taken out of their usual slumber. Marco is “On Go” to the “Danger Zone” with his goals seeing past “20K” & more which certifies him in the direction of being in a league of his own with his aspiration taking its course setting him to be that “1 Of 1” artist that you need to start being familiar with starting now.

This album has already been marked on many outlets as the start of a very bold career for Marco Plus. We’ve talked very highly of him and hope to continue to do so the more his shine glows. If you aren’t hipped to Marco Plus, be sure to get out of the rock you’ve been staying under and start now by checking out his latest album here while sharing it around on all social media platforms.
