Mayeli - 5 Shades Of Blue (EP)

Mayeli drops her debut EP "5 Shades of Blue", a play off the book but instead of grey, it's blue cause she's hurt and is using these five shades to rebuild herself after heartbreak & the war within herself it has caused, She wants nothing more to move on, but she's held back cause she kinda likes the hurt & is gravitated towards that.

On "Ricochet," she can't seem to get this person out of her mind, probably because she hasn't accepted that they're no longer a part of it but subconsciously still wishing they were. She might've been very used to the routine where "Levitate" dwells on the better times in the relationship, where it actually seemed amicable.

On "Have Me," she gives in to the right feelings for this person & their sweet, "Sweet Venom," the best record out of the five, but she's also not here for that fake love, so it better be real if you're approaching her cause the fangs are sticking out & are eager to strike.
