Gb3 - Episode 1 (EP)

Releasing towards the end of January, Gb3 had dropped an EP titled “Episode 1” that continues to give attention to the rising rap pioneer that began to make a name for himself last year with the few projects he’s released but is now beginning his journey to be a name that is familiar among the music scene here in the city.

6-tracks engaged with sonic sounding pedigree especially when you first take a listen and get hit with the insane intro titled “No Dummy” that’ll catch you off guard to his bass hitting sconce of high bolted energy that spill over into the next track titled “Stunt” that holds over before entering a slower tempo-ed joints like “You Know” & “Stars” which continues that presence until the end of the outro “No Return” that concretes the project to be a favorable listening experience. Hearing Gb3 from his tape “Flip The Switch” to now, you can hear the growth developing in his music and it’s moving forward with an acceleration that I’m sure we’ll be seen more as he releases new content.

I was impressed with the EP and knowing this project is titled “Episode 1” i’m sure more episodes will surface throughout the year which we’ll be sure to stay on the lookout for it.
