Jedi512 - The Art Of Ugly (EP)

Submitted by submission, last week we received an email from Jedi512 who had recently dropped an EP titled “The Art Of Ugly” where the title & cover had me pondering for awhile since it intrigued by attention to move forward in hearing the project and I can say through first listening to it I was more than interested to know more about this artist and second play through had me enduring a more dark experience than the first but I think that’s what makes this an impressive look into darkening abysses of emotions expanded in great music.

5-tracks with a sequence of riveting vibes and haunting expressions take you through a thrilling journey of emotional grandeur that is delivered in the most resuscitated way by the quavering lyricism that is tackled throughout this promising project. Being introduce to Jedi512 by his intro track “Uber Eats”, he battles through the pros and cons of the misery he’s endured and knows his psyche can takeover with his tenebrosity but still is awoken to be elevated past that. You catch topics of more treachery that he’s sustain in the past with joints like “Innocent” & “Visual” that showcase an arist that is crying out for help but feels like he no voice to be heard. His craft tells the message to those who may have overcome this or is experiencing it that you do not have to tolerate this in your life anymore, his music is a guide for the lonely to have hope again and be expressed to build yourself again by being the you that you deserve to be.

Project was painful but in a positive way. He spoke through blessings and courage with this project and easily became one of my favorite EP to have received in the month of February. I will make sure to keep Jedi512 on my radar moving forward and recommend you stream his EP here while sharing it around on all social media platforms.
