Dingo Johnson - 40 Ball All Star, Vol. 1 (EP)

Dingo is a Wavez Movement mainstay, a heralded city fan favorite and with Mulligan dropping the 4th quarter of last year, enough time has passed for Johnson to link back up with our very own Carter to shoot the album cover to his ballin the fuck out new EP!

If you know anything about Dingo’s rhyme style, you know he has ridiculous wit, right off the bat feeling himself, wasting no time as this EP begins abruptly, crazy enough to name the opening song after himself but bold enough to do so to make damn sure you remember his name as he runs through everything the man, the myth, the legend Dingo Johnson has done and is capable of doing & it’s hilariously brilliant.

Funny that he says he sounds like Tyler, the Creator on “Dingo Johnson” & that he does on the twerkingly anthemic “Shake That Ass”, The Teeta joins him for hammer time on the pounding “Gimme Gimme”, the warpingly autotuned whirlpool that is “Harmon Killebrew”, “When Will It End” you may ask, unfortunately after that record but Vol. 2 can’t possibly be that far away from now, Vol. 1 will suffice til then.
