LE$ - Dios (Album)

One of my favorite artists to receive content from is Houston's own LE$, who came through during the holiday festivities to give us another dosage of rigorous manifestation and composed wordsmith abilities to channel in his raps for his second project of the year titled "Dios." It's named after his founded brand with frequent collaborator Jorge Casanova, where their current product line has had back to back sold out purchases. (Congrats) From the cover to the sounds, this album is a reflection of the progressed years in LE$'s career that have got him to the place he's at today.

He takes his win & losses to share his story in a remarkable fashion that motivates people like me to continue to fight for the dream that we had at an adolescent age. Your time will come for you, and when it does, the hard work you put in all those years will be worth it to see you and your people shine. From the intro track "Opus," LE$ shares that this was the making of his masterpiece, and if you are looking from the outside in formulating his blueprint, then your just looking for the easy way out. It takes hustle and dedication to be able to pull off the moves he's made, and his recent success goes to show the opulent lifestyle he's living in. He keeps it pushing throughout the album that he always kept it 1hunnid in his journey. He never talked about it unless he's done it, and LE$ is structured to keep it going while never fold which is why he's looking for better places to go poster with a "Centerfold." The production is jumping all over the album, from suave joints like "Sincere" & Gold Frames" to upbeat connections in tracks like "Competition Package" & Long Ride" that give the feel of riding in an old-school vehicle throughout the globe. Each mile of the road will be different, yet it's the drive that keeps you going to your destination. There will be some problems to occur; gas might be low with no sign of a gas station around in the air, or fog might roll in at night with the way your headed is looking gloomy. No matter the circumstances, you'll keep it going to have you reach a better tomorrow. I refer this to LE$'s album, of course, since each record soundscapes a different emotion from him that can transcribe to the feeling he felt when making it, he doesn't know what the road ahead of him looks like. Still, he'll keep going, and no matter the obstacle he'll accomplish what he's sent out to do.

The incredible perseverance of an artist that showcases their talents in an appealing format is what I appreciate to hear. It's the connection that helps draw in listeners and fans all around to gather the cadence of your craft. I'm astonished by the pen game from LE$ that we got on this album, and I'm very excited to hear what's next. I know he has his collaboration project with Bun B dropping in the new year, with many people anticipating to listen to it, and I'm excited to see what he has in store for his DIOS brand. Speaking of in-store, congrats to him & Jorgey for opening up a brick-and-mortar location in Houston where I know it saw a massive amount of support and to see it up and running for many years forward. Today, put someone on this album by having them stream it here while sharing it around on all social media platforms.
