Di3r3ck feat Playboi Ty - 2 Tone (Single)

A month back, QNTM had shared a preview of a visual titled “2Tone” he worked on with Texas native Di3r3ck featuring PlayboI Ty, mentioning it wouldn’t be coming out anytime soon. Still, the brief clip was enough to get us excited for the full release in which we waited patiently for it to surface. After a period of time waiting, a single along with the finished visual appeared last week with a substantial amount of listeners & viewers showing support for the drop that immediately drew attention for the start of November that should be seeing a good size in plays and views until the remainder of the year.

Two-tone like the title, Di3r3ck whips in heavy with two rap styles. The first we hear is the charged-up cadence delivered in the chorus and the beginning of his verse before transitioning into a more lyrical barrage of captivating sequences that showcases his pedigree behind the mic. Di3reck sets off his rhyme scheme with precision intent that is securing the bag in his raps. He describes himself as being a boss, laid up with a yellow or redbone hottie while being a goat, goat goat, goat and staying paid up with no amount being a problem since he’s not taking any L’s or going broke broke broke broke. Anchoring this championship sound is Playboi Ty who’s swift verse is hitting on all cylinders. He discusses the hustle economics and street lifestyle while expressing it all in a vicious velocity style mixed with a southern draw that ends with the chorus filling in the last seconds of the record. The visual shot by QNTM does an excellent job of taking the two-sided monster of D3r3eck and showing an impressive viewing of him in a style-driven format while balled up on the court and serving shots at the 3-point line with great marksman ability that shares a wild vision into the record coming out alive in this notable video

This record & visual would be an introduction for us to D3r3ck’s content in which I can say is one of the favorites we’ve received. No word if this single is meant for a project, but we hope it is since we wouldn’t mind getting more music from D3r3eck In the near future. Until more is announced, we recommend for you to check out both the record and visual here and sharing ti around on all social media avenues.
