StereoType Topik - Wish You Would (Single)
On his second release since "Breathe" earlier in the year, StereoType Topik changes course & delivers a taunting number with "Wish You Would." It's bullying those he deems beneath him, leaving them black & blue lyrically, his main goal to capture you like Gargamel. Still, I'm not sure you're worth any amount of gold.
Most MC's can't hold a candle to his scorchingly carefree capabilities; he's charismatically swanky with how he swerves throughout; it's that hunger within his nonchalantly delivered snarls. Topik is so snarky when he's taunting the lesser than MC into battle with him, just so he can tear you apart, as a real MC would. Linking with McKenzie on the visual bought out a horror-esque spectacle that gave the release a more flourishing viewing when talking about rising factors, especially landing this record as one of our favorites to close out the month of October.
I'm excited to see where StereoType heads next. Since these two so far are so different from one another, I'm hoping for another curveball stylistically cause I like that in an artist. Keep me captivated & curious as to what you're going to pull next; it keeps it exciting & hopefully, in the future, when the time is right, an album will come & he'll stake his claim fore he is well on his way to the top, it only goes up Topik!
