Southside Hoodlum - Made Different (Video)
Another two for one visual on Southside Hoodlum's resume released yesterday evening with compliments to Ace The Shooter behind the lens, DONTHYPEME on the edits, and of course Big Tex Johnny on production to give the fans another visual treatment of two prominent track off Hoodlum's latest magnum opus, "Lord Knows." He's been dropping back-to-back visual hits since his album broke ground, and he's still becoming larger than life during his grind.
The first viewing showcases Southside near his billboard by Broadway, with other shots having him jumping in the lac with the hydraulics beating down the concrete like he is beating down these beats. Speaking of beats, the heavy-sampled joint is sonically pleasing with all praise to Big Tex Johnny for slicing these so beautifully, then adding the codeine-laced bars from Hoodlum will keep the block bleeding, and your favorite rapper seeing first hand why Southside Hoodlum is "Made Different." The second setup has him posted at the Korner Store with his partner on the side deep in the trenches where he resides. He's flexing the diamonds on his neck while the smoke fills his lungs, explaining his description "To Live N Die." He's staying double cupped with the exotic pop styrofoam in hand while he's applying his signature southside whispers to the flow like he's the grim reaper haunting the block. The production once again compliments his menacing raps as he talks his shit, telling you about his lifestyle among the hustlers, dealers, and killers, which is not the life he wants anymore. There are ways out, and Lord Knows Southside has found his way to a better tomorrow, and he's taking it with his music being his ticket out the slums.
Another visual that should be getting to the 10K views or more during the weekend, Southside Hoodlum is on a streak with releases, visuals, and performances. He should be gearing up to hit the road soon, so be on the lookout if he ends up in your city. It's always success and nothing less for Hoodlum, as always, who's putting on for San Antonio in a significant way. Continue peeping the latest visual from Hoodlum here and make sure to keep the views running up.
