Cody Valdez & 1.9.9.9 - 210 Swangaz (EP)

Two San Antonio representatives, part of the producer collective, Always Proper, Cody Valdez & 1.9.9.9, released their collaborated EP titled "210 Swangaz". The new project delivered a soundscape thrill ride with their avant-garde styles that flooded the wave profusely in the great state of Texas. The 6-track EP will surely be a listening experience that many will endure throughout the next couple of months once they get a taste of the sounds coming from the EP.

Beating down the block knocking pictures off the wall when this EP is stampeding through Texas's concrete jungles as it creates a mass hysteria of phonk that is tremoring the series of listeners they've each banded together throughout the years. We've spoken very highly about both these producers in the past. There's a reason we have; you'll get to witness sounds of frenzy for the sharks to feast, especially when you get joint like their intro "Cali High" or flipping the script on Mike Jones magnum opus "Still Tippin" twisting it to an exotic sesh. One of my favorites was them taking Project Pat record Ballers and spraying it down with promethazine behind the boards in "Pourin Up." These are great attributes to witness during your rotation of the album, and I know many will be introduced to the duo off the strength alone from the conversation people have about it.

1.9.9.9 has already had released an EP previously to start 2021, and this would be Cody Valdez first for the year, but I'm sure many more projects are already in the works for the two since they stay very consistent with their work.
