Zack Fox - shut the f**k up talking to me (Album)
Towards the end of September, Zack Fox had cleared out his Instagram page and then shared a new record titled “fafo.” The Bnyx-produced single was among my favorite joints to drop at the start of October since Zack Fox applied his witty rhymes over this refined production with ease. I hoped after the track we would either receive a follow-up record or a visual to the single, which to my surprise, we instead got his full-length debut album titled “Shut The F**k Up Talking To Me.” The 9-track project featured production from the likes of Kenny Beats, The Alchemist, P. Morris, Dilip, & more, with Zack delivering his sensational comical side of himself while dishing out the vigorous bars we’ve come to expect from him now.
“Hoes sit down. I got cash I need to calculate, soon as I walk in this b**ch the opps evacuate”, Zack Fox starts off the track running and gunning with the intro record “uhhh,” where the grittiness of his flow is reflected with the production stemming from the hot moisture that it’s generating. If SZA can twerk to it, then it’s a gem; Zack Fox royally came through swinging for the fences with “fafo” that has hot lines from beginning to end. I can’t even decide what my favorite line from the track is; every one of them can be described as a flex. Zack is beating down your block just like “Bane,” he’s coming at your head like some new ideas. Stone cold stunning a group of rappers with this track alone, and it’s about to be your girl’s favorite single by the end. Other records can showcase the eccentric side of him, especially when listening to “boy I’m on yo ass” & “get off my dick” that are playful in a usual manner for him yet are going to be looked at as the certified smash hits they are. The outro track titled after the album name is Zack Fox at 150%; he’s been enjoying his time as the rap star he’s made himself to be: Ignorant and full of life. He’s like ODB & Luther Van Dross combine; he serenades the hits with majestic potency and can still be the outlandish person we’ve grown to love all these years.
I’m expecting to see some visuals from Zack Fox appear before the year is up. He never disappoints with any of his releases, whether singles or video, so I know whatever he has next will be some wild shit. Be sure to check out this album to enjoy for your weekend, and make sure to share it around on all social media avenues.
