After peeping the latest episode of the SmokehouseATX “Behind The Scene” series with Kurt Loder, we were introduced to ATX rapstress Skylar T through her visual “Boxing” that had a lot of brisk wordplays and rap schematic that largely made a great first impression on this end. After doing our research, we saw that she had followed up the release with another visual titled “Freestyle” that she had dropped back in July. Still, because Skylar T has had an impressive course of success, we can see why she would be releasing a video for the freestyle that would be the first placement for her to see on this site.

Produced by MIA, Skylar T wastes no time in starting this vicious rap with stern force as she teaches you all about her upbringing and the knowledge she built from it that paves the way for her to be the hustler she is today. Stackin it, stackin it, stackin it, she isn’t stressed about no hater or no thot, she posted with the friends in the cut with no worries on her mind. She can look flawless while still giving you all the menacing lyrics, and that’s what she does here, and from viewing the visual, she’s not new to this. Peep game on her catalog and talk, then you’ll see there enough evidence to crown her when you see her in person as the next best thing coming out.
