Mélat - So Help Me God (Single)

Mélat is one of the top artists to emerge in this resurgence of purist R&B, currently prepping her follow up to last years excellent "After All". She returned earlier this year with meditative, wine in a glass swishing "Happy Hour," which was one of the most outstanding examples of neo-soul within this new age. Still, she's back yet again with "So Help Me God." Trust is critical when it comes to loving someone & Mélat is demanding it. She has no time for games; is this real or not cause she is not wasting her time with anything that falls in the category of childish, "So Help Me God" whoever she's talking to better stop toying with a goddess-like energy.

If these two singles so far are any indication, this next studio effort just maybe her magnum opus. With songs that are this good, you can't be mad at my bias, already these two single blow her previous efforts out the water & those are all excellent records that have only convinced me that she'll continue aging like the most elegant wine on the market.
