Paintitblues links with 4getful for a 20-minute paranoia induced trip that is anything but forgetful & the singles were leading up to this release. Beginning with “Pale,” was the 1st hint at the psychosis they were gearing to sneak up on us with, with its ominous atmosphere, Blue’s militancy & 4getful’s feverish statements then they hit us with “Retributions,” where he establishes his comfortability with revenge.

Things kick off with the self-titled track, calling out fake love shown by fair-weather fans & straight up haters alike. “B4” finds the two MC’s levitating over the opposition, claiming total dominance over them where “Plus+” lets us know that there has to be more beyond these dark days, knowing the pain will be more than likely last “4Ever”. “12 am Freestyle” is a single 4getful cut & the most exuberant record on the project, sliding over the instantly infectious floor stopper where “448 Cy4r” takes a whole new spin on the traditional “cypher,” Blues, 4getful, Theyamasexuals & 448 Mizo floating over the dreamy closure with auto tinged prowess.

Paintitblues has been on a roll since his magnum opus “Angel Puss” & where last years’ “Back on Drxgs” strayed far away from what was displayed throughout AP & now “HaterBxtch” is another precise & concise addition to his ever-growing, ever-evolving, ever stylistically changing archive, you’ll need to get Back on Drxgs for this one.
