Track of the Week: ¿Tèo? - UNI2

Téo (@teoriah) has been on our radar for the longest. You may know him from being one of the many notable artists from Jaden Smith’s collective, MSFTS. He’s assisted Jaden on both his SYRE and ERYS albums, and the two also have many tracks together on SoundCloud which features production from Téo.

In 2018, Téo released his self titled debut album, “¿Téo?” On this project we get to see the true range of this versatile artist and how he’s able to tell stories in a way that moves your soul. It’s hard to not become fond of his work.

On May 8th, Téo made his return with his latest track, “UNI2” [United]. It’s been 2 years since the artist has dropped music and on this track we’re reminded at how Téo is the truest form of what is means to be an artist. He’s able to work with instrumentals that mix elements of latin rhythm, hip hop, and bass. He also incorporates lyrics that seamlessly flow in and out of English and Spanish, whilst reminding us of his proud Colombiano roots.

This is an exquisite artist to keep on your radar. He never limits himself to what he can create and keeps us eager to hear what he’ll be releasing next.
