Love love love these unique takes on the sound that’s been dominating the culture for the past few years, JDT Tempo takes a damn near avant- grade approach to the trap music genre, packed with instrumentation that’ll tickle the senses with jumping glee & easy to digest wit.

The sample flips, David Banner & Lil Flip’s “Like A Pimp” on “Pimpin Pimpin”, Swishahouses “Still Tippin” on “Playmaker.”, this one even have a bit of storytelling elements in it but bragging rights waved in your face in blatant fashion nonetheless.

“Best Foot Forward” is the sole track on here that doesn’t fall in line with the dominating trap sound at hand throughout this EP, raw, soulful boom bap, backpack rap, whatever the fuck you wanna call it proving that JDT Tempo has many different tempos to tap into from this project until the next, one can only hope that’s soon.
