ayelookitsBRADY - Not Sorry (Album)

At the top of the month, I was introduced to Ohio emcee ayelookitsBRADY by glossing over a preview of his visual titled” Food,” which caught my curiosity since I enjoyed it very much and waited in anticipation to hear more from him. With luck would have it, he was gearing up to releasing a new album titled “Not Sorry” that was expected to release a week later. I patiently kept the date of the release close by so I could hear the 10-track project once it became available, which I was all over it. I can tell you all firsthand it was an enjoyable project from start to finish that quickly became my favorite listen for the month and possibly the entire year.

His “Food” joint became his intro, which was served up nicely since I’m sure, like myself, many others had just been introduced to his content by way of the record, so this was a stunning start. “Diamonds” would be the followed up track to give more helpings to devour the experience of the project and become soul food to enjoy over and over again during a listening experience. He has steady-paced raps in his catalog for the project, as well as melodic rhyme schemes that will help you be more welcoming to his sound. His delivery is incredible to the point where it was the most critical part for me to listen and take it to the full extent. He captures an essence with his music, and you can hear thoroughly in his tracks, especially in joints like “Show Me” & “Not Sorry Interlude/Outta Town Show” that is grown from his emotional slumber to wear his heart on his sleeve in this ballad. It is truly a sensational take in showing diverse sounds and making them mixed well to become greatness incarnate right in front of your eyes.

His rap name is so different; he stands out already and hear one track, and you can tell that’s he’s much more unique than most. I’m sure once people pay more attention and recognize the real when it’s here, they will show massive appreciation for this project; I know we are. I highly recommend you stream the album here while introducing it to someone new to put them on to great music by sharing it on all abalone social media platforms.
