Bankreaux - Damaged (Mixtape)

In surprising fashion, Bankreaux released a mixtape at the top of the week titled “Damaged” that caught us by surprise but gave us another heap of content to brew us over for his anticipated album said to be dropping in February. He embarks his lyrical poise over such classic instrumentals like Next Episode, Doin It, Sky Is The Limit, So Many Tears with many more including the outro track being produce by Davies Entertainment’s new producer Liu Kang that gives you respected look into the future of the businesses game plan.

Stacked in this tape are 12-tracks to exhibit Bankreaux at his most apprehend state where he embowels deep in his inspiring roots of what makes him an artist and uses that to astonish listeners of his creative journey that takes him to the place he’s at currently. We’ve gotten to hear some of these tracks in a live setting recently and understand when they are broken down word for word, Bankreuax is channeling his inner hip-hop that has been an everlasting inspiration to him that he divulges in and make the same aspiring sound that helped develop him to the artist that we see in front of us. His attempt to bring the 90’s sound back to heights it once reigned in is now upon us which I think will make it’s comeback be known on his album that will surely set more eyes in his successful direction.

After days of being released, his manger and mentor, Question, had announced the name including the cover for his upcoming album titled “Love/Hate” that would be dropping sometime in February. He described it as an “audio film” which could mean that we might be seeing a theatrical experience all compressed into a sonically mesmerizing recording like turning a Tarantino flick to an album. We are more than in anticipation to hear it in full and will hopefully get to preview it before it’s initial release date.
