Much love to K. LA, who welcomed us to her listening party last week while she had her recently released EP titled “Memoirs Of A Hopeless Romantic” flood the atmosphere at Friends Of Sound where it had me hooked from start to finish and needed to be showcase on our site immediately. Before being introduce to K.LA, I was unfamiliar with her content but knew of her which telling the truth I should’ve been more aware of her music. She basked in a glow musically and spiritually where you get positives vibes in her surroundings that imitate the same feel when your hear this project. I was mesmerized when I heard the track “Never Come Back” that sonically ranges from heart to soul instantly that’ll you catch yourself in state of relaxation that is beyond beauty. I applaud K.LA for digging deep within for this EP since you can hear the emotional drive that she brings out in her music and makes sure that you pay attention to the pain in her words yet feeling uplifted with the amount of velocity that she carries with herself. I’m proud to have listen to this album first in an intimate setting and now have it added to my daily listening, I recommended everyone take some time in your day and give this EP a listen to.
