Hoodlum - #KornerStore (Album)

I personally waited for the release of this album to see the light of day and of course two weeks back, Hoodlum announced that his long-awaited album “Korner Store” would be released on May 1st which grew the hype at astronomical levels but within the last few months he had dropped enough heat to hold us over so when May 1st came today I was prepared to have all 13-tracks in rotation as I lit a good looking blunt and prepared myself for this Southside gem. Album expections we’re very high but of course Hoodlum hit that mark and went even higher with the project by enlisting producers like Bamsworth Belli, J Allan, Tank, Shully, 410TheLoop, 27 & Post Mayne who all supplied that heat as always with adding some features as well from Bamsworth, Doeman & Rich which of course we can’t forget Hoodlum’s ability to make light on the rough styles of the street life in his own words that includes his motivation to get him out the slumber of the lifestyle and bring the whole Southside with him on the road to success making it the key to his artistry which of you ask me I respect that even more of him as an artist. I’m glad to be writing about this finish product and hope to see it get its recognition throughout the city and beyond that I know it will in due time.
