Hidden Gems: K Shiday

San Antonio's own K Shiday has been grinding heavy since signing to Gucci Mane's New 1017 earlier this year being the first female under the imprint & being featured on the gang's compilation project "So Icy Summer." Since then, she's been conducting a wave of her own and being among the top tier of females shifting the culture forward in rap.

Like her label mate Mulatto, she is coursed with a series of exotic looks and fierce pedigree behind her raps, making her a dangerous assist of the group. Laced with a powerhouse cadence and delivery with tough yet glamorous style, she's picking off her foes and opps piece by piece in her glorious reign.

She already has a few hits on her resume like So Icy with Pooh Shiesty, Ball & Lead with her So Icy Girlz collaborator Enchanting. On the New 1017 compilation So Icy Gang Vol. 1, she's on tracks: "1017 Loaded", "Homeboy On A Shirt," & the popular "No Luv" record with Enchanting, Gucci Mane, Key Glock & Big Scarr. The year is almost up, but K Shiday is already ending 2020 with a successful track record. While she's gearing up for 2021, we hope to see more establish from her on a solo run and hopefully more shows & festivals to be a thing for her soon.
