Basketball (and Other Things): A Collection of Questions Asked, Answered, Illustrated By Shea Serrano

Love to hear when people from San Antonio get much success outside the city and one of the names I always see get much recognition being a fellow San Antonian is New York Best Selling author, Shea Serrano. I know what y’all are thinking “what rap tracks he’s been on?” None (that I know of) but he’s a well known author of such books like “Bun B’s Coloring And Activity Book” and my favorite “The Rap Year Book: The Most Important Rap Song From Every Year Since 1979, Discussed, Debated, and Deconstructed” which both books have been a delight to read through but today I write this in high expectations for his newest additional which is titled “Basketball (and Other Things): A Collection of Questions Asked, Answered, Illustrated” which you best believe I have my preorder arriving in the mail on Friday.

I really wanted to share the link to his latest book to get others unfamiliar with his literature a chance to read up on something incredible, it’s a fascinating book with art from Arturo Flores who captures the drawings of each character written upon Shea Serrano’s wild explanation in fun facts whether it be about sports, hip-hop, politics or just entertainment. I really hope this reaches another set of new fans being introduced to his books and really hope we cross paths someday (in a professional way that is).
