Paris Pershun - Baggage Claim (Single)

After a year of being on hiatus from music, Paris Pershun released a single at the beginning of the year titled “Goin’ Thru” that dwelled on his experience of grandeur that came with heavy loss & despair he had to deal with from his past. It gave much insight on how the previous 1/2 of the duo A.Dd+ had been doing since his fall out but gave much-needed detail on how he remains to be the same lyricist that spills out his soul in all of his content.

I was told by Matt Sonzala a few weeks back that he had finish previewing an upcoming release from Paris P that is planning to be releasing sometime in May titled “Baggage Claim,” which I waited in anticipation to hear since he just had nothing but good things to say about the record. A Few weeks past and sure enough, the single made waves on social media with praise detailed towards the wordplays and charismatic nature of the track. He rapped in such potent energy when making lines about the evils of the almighty dollar while showcasing his rhyme ability to paint pictures with his words that are being admired from an array of listeners who enjoys great content.

Paris P has always been a favorite to hear from since he doesn’t take any verses lightly, he had a message with his content that he executed perfectly and to still hear that with his latest track is a cool breeze to enjoy during our quarantine schedule. I’m hoping more music is suiting up to be released very soon, or perhaps maybe a project was in the works, but due to everything happening, it’s been a process.
