An album meant for the king in all of us, this is motivational music for the soul, perseverance being the underlying tonality throughout the subtle heady beauties the instrumentation emits as D’Shaun lays down his truth over them in arresting manner.

Whether breaking free from whatever mental chains are shackling him “Masons”, detailing the horrors his PTSD afflicts him with to this day “Nightmares”, him & Khali pushing through the trials and tribulations on “Super” or the introspective closure “Elephant Print”, there’s nothing to not appreciate here.

Centered in the middle of his truth, D’Shaun pulls you into it, it was a struggle to get here and like life, we continue to struggle but D is here to uplift, inspire others through his truth, hopefully we’re here to listen.
