Young Gods New Era (YGNE) - God’s Gift (Album)

Last night while browsing through Facebook, I ran across an album titled “God’s Gift” from a collective called Young Gods New Era (YGNE) who I was unfamiliar with but it didn’t long for me to get hooked to the rising group that kept my attention throughout there newly released 16-track project that dips in between music for the highs, the lows and the party life.

Curated together is a band of rappers who have complied an essence of content to enjoy by your mood, when you hear tracks like “Exotic” you get a rush of relaxation that makes you want to chill the night away while hits like “Too Cold” have you in night mode planning the events that might be partaking at a strip club then joints like “Namaste” get you feeling more peacefully with your surrounding that’ll make negative energy not effect your positivity. Lyrically assigned to their craft, these artists have made a lane for themselves that I can see going far ahead especially with jewels like this being spread out in the city that enjoys to cherish music being made like this here.

Being this is the first introduction I’ve had to the collective I’m excited to see how the future unfolds to the group, they have created such an astonishing project that deserves every listen in the city and beyond.
