Immediately after we dropped the post to Wes Brooks’s Die Looted, McKenzie told us to expect one more drop from the duo before the year ends and sure enough two weeks later the preview to the upcoming visual “5000 Watts” was released and when I say the anticipation rose, I ain’t bullshittin you the beat alone had me geeking for 24 hours until the full release made it’s way and the expectation were off the charts to what is now my favorite track of the 4th quarter of 2019.

10GirlFriends is behind the menacing production and McKenzie is head hunting behind the lens for this latest Wes Brooks lyrical slaughter that is tipping on 4s and sliding through on candy paint. Fifth wheel handing loose as the 15s in the back make it quake with Wes Brooks paying homage to the Swishahouse head huncho, Michael “5000” Watts, in this block beater of a gem that will surely have the great state of Texas swanging this winter season.
