Russ - There's Really A Wolf (Album)

To start this post off I think I should start by saying who Russ is. It may be obvious to some who know that he is a young DIY pioneer that's has released one song a week for the past year. Also a person who is literally grinding not having no cosigns or major label help and is a one man wrecking machine knocking out hits and making a lane for himself. When I first heard of him it was on 2dopeboyz and I think it was his Apollo 13 that was featured and for someone to put out an album like that takes confidence. I was very intrigued by the style of music and the lyrical content on the tracks but Russ had his friends Bugus, Dartlin and Jalil on the album and had them featured on each album after that.

     With 10 albums in the can and this being his 11th one, Russ is definitely on a rise to be a the greatest in the industry. From the start the album is start fire ! From "cherry hill" to the club banger "one more shot" Russ has every thing in this album. I've literally listen to the album thru and thru and I have to say this is the best I've heard out of him. His progression from "Apollo 13 and "Velvet" to "Brain Dead and "Pink Elephant " Russ has certainly broaden his horizon and he is definitely poise to take over the industry and or at least change the way things are done.  If you haven't heard the album "There Really Is A Wolf " then do yourself the favor and buy the album or stream it on any major platform. It is an instant classic and personally this is just the start of his rise to fame. Shout out to Russ and the whole Diemon crew . Also shoutout to KidSuper on the whole creative direction of the album art.
